Lotus Health was founded by Nicole and Jason, two clinicians who met in graduate school and quickly realized we shared the same vision , and the same frustrations. Throughout our careers, we both saw the gaps in our field firsthand: clinicians lacking the support and supervision they deserved, practices struggling to create sustainable systems, and clients waiting far too long for quality care. We built Lotus Health to change that.

Our mission is simple: to support the people who support others.

We provide thoughtful, trauma-informed therapy for clients who need a safe space to heal; and equally meaningful professional development for the clinicians and organizations who serve them. By blending therapy, supervision, consulting, and education under one roof, Lotus Health fills the space that has too long gone ignored. We’re here to uplift clinicians, strengthen practices, and expand access to high-quality care so our entire field can rise.
